Air compressor boot sequence:
1. Turn on the main air switch。2. Open the three air switches of air compressor, cold dryer and exhaust fan under the main air switch。
3. Open the emergency stop switch on the operation panel of the air compressor;Press the reset key (to eliminate alarm);Press the green start button until the air compressor starts。
4. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the gas tank, drain the water for about 5 minutes (after draining the water in the gas tank), close the drain valve。
5. Press the start button on the operation panel of the cold dryer until the cold dryer starts (green light)。
Startup note:
1, carefully read and understand the attached screw air compressor operating instructions
2. Install the screw air compressor according to the standard, and carefully check whether the fixed device of the air compressor is reliable before starting the machine
3. Check the power supply of the screw air compressor to ensure that it is within the specified range
4, check the tightness of the triangle belt of the twin screw air compressor and whether the coupling installation is normal
5, check the screw air compressor instrument to ensure that the parameters are correct
6, check whether the screw air compressor oil level is normal
7, open the water inlet and drainage valve, start the circulating pump, make the waterway smooth, and check whether there is leakage at the connection (if it is a water-cooled model)
8. Close the load reducing valve
9. If the exhaust pipe is connected with a ball valve, it must be opened
10, check the electrical and screw air compressor motor starting handle is in the starting position
Air compressor machine sequence:
1. Press the emergency stop switch on the operation panel of the air compressor to stop the air compressor。
2. Press the stop button on the operation panel of the cold dryer until the cold dryer stops (green light is off).。
3. Turn off the three air switches of the air compressor, cold dryer and exhaust fan under the main air switch。
4. Turn off the main air switch。
Air compressor machine precautions:
1, if the twin screw air compressor works normally, the normal stop button should be pressed, do not press the emergency stop button, because the emergency stop is bound to harm the machine
2. If the twin-screw air compressor fails during operation, the emergency stop button should be pressed
3, after shutdown, do not forget to cut off the twin screw air compressor power supply
4. Before starting up every morning, condensate should be discharged for the twin screw air compressor
5. When the twin-screw air compressor is stopped and not used, it should be cleaned and maintained and properly placed
6, the long-term storage of the twin-screw air compressor must do a major maintenance before starting up and running, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil disc motor head several laps before starting and debugging
